The manager will ensure that HR policies and practices are effectively designed and implemented to attract, develop, and retain talent.Qualifications:Return to Work Training Certificate/ Experience – desired.Experience managing the WHS of an organization with multiple sites.WWC & NDIS Worker Screening.AU Driver's License.Police Check.100 Points ID.Selection Criteria:Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Specialist or Generalist role, with a focus on people and culture or organizational development.Minimum 2 years in NDIS - desired.Solid understanding of Australian employment law and regulations (Fair Work Act and relevant legislation).Knowledge of the SCHADS Award.Your tasks may include but not be limited to the following:Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:Develop and manage the organization's talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent and ensure workforce needs are met.Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and new hire experience.Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support organizational objectives.Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture in line with the organization's vision, mission, and values.Lead employee engagement surveys and action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Talent Development and Performance Management:Lead talent development initiatives, including performance appraisals, learning and development programs, leadership training, and succession planning.Implement a performance management system that aligns individual objectives with the organization's strategic goals.Employee Relations and Compliance:Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR issues, including employee relations, workplace conflict resolution, and performance management.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.Learning and Development:Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.Assess training needs and measure the impact of learning programs on performance and engagement.HR Operations and Policies:Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and reflect best practices.Ensure HR systems are effective and up to date, utilizing HR technologies to streamline processes and improve data management.How to Apply:Please include a cover letter with your application explaining how you meet the above selection criteria.
