OnTalent is proud to partner with our partner in the search for a dynamic and broad-scope HR Manager role supporting the company's objectives by effectively managing its workforce and ensuring a positive work environment.
About the Role
Working in collaboration with the Board, reporting to the CEO, and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, this is an influential and rewarding leadership role. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's HR strategy and direction. Through a balance of strategy, operational strength, and employee engagement, you will lead the Human Resources Team to ensure exceptional HR support is provided to the organisation. This is a role where you will have the autonomy to drive continuous improvement and innovation while maximizing employee experience.
 
Key Responsibilities Design, consult, and manage organisation-wide workforce planning and development processes. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational requirements. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job advertisements, position descriptions, and offer negotiations. Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including induction, performance reviews, and exit management. Implement programs to support employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture. Develop career pathways, training calendars, and individual performance and development plans. Monitor employee health and well-being, fostering a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with all industrial relations laws and regulations. Lead, train, and supervise a small Human Resource Team. Position Requirements
Qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of broad generalist HR experience.
Demonstrated success in people management strategy implementation.
Previous experience managing staff.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of strategic and operational HR requirements.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
