Port Hedland location Housing provided Competitive salary About the Role: WorkPac is currently seeking a HR manager for our client. The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing strategic human resource management, performance management, HR systems compliance, disciplinary actions, reporting, quality improvement, professional conduct, leadership, external relationships, health and safety, infection control, and pandemic operations coordination. This position offers a fulltime, permanent opportunity located in Port Hedland. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational values Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with HR policies, legislative requirements, and industrial relations Coordinate reporting and data collection efforts, manage funding agreements, and prepare performance reports Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional conduct Lead and model organizational values, behaviors, and leadership Ensure health and safety compliance and infection control measures Coordinate pandemic operations and logistics Skills and Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Business acumen and experience in HR management, including systems and compliance. Leadership capabilities to drive corporate services initiatives and take autonomous action. Ability to analyze data and write reports in compliance with contractual requirements. Commitment to ongoing education, professional development, and quality assurance. Possession of relevant qualifications or significant experience in HR management. Familiarity with legislative requirements such as Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance Certificate.
