As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality human resource support to the Executive team, with responsibility to support all aspects of the employee life cycle.
You will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, with specific responsibility for the management of the human resources administration software platform(s).
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry awards, you will also be responsible for the development and administration of all policies and procedures relating to human resources.
This is an ongoing full time role which attracts seven weeks of annual leave (to be taken during the school holidays) and will commence January 2025.
About You To be successful you will have previous experience working in human resources and will possess tertiary qualifications in human resources.
Previous experience working in a large secondary College would be advantageous.
You must have a valid Working With Children Check.
You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.

College campuses are situated in Glenroy, which caters for years 7 and 8, and the senior campus in Broadmeadows that features years 9 to 12 and a total college enrolment of approximately 1,500 students.
