Location: Inner Western Suburbs – onsite parking available
Position: Standalone role in a growing organization
Salary: $120 - $135k plus super
Organisation:
People2people are excited to be partnering with an organisation whose focus is to provide education and training to frontline specialists – with the goal to develop better safety practices improving comfort and confidence in the community.
The opportunity:
This exciting standalone HR Manager role reports directly to the Director of Services and has accountability for the full employee lifecycle while having input and influence with the people strategy for this growing organization. Working closely with Line Managers – providing support and advice while identifying and initiating new initiatives.
Selection criteria:

Relevant HR qualification coupled with proven HR generalist experience
Proven experience in both strategic and operational HR
Thorough understanding of legislation and awards
Highly effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Computer literate – MS Office Suite & HRIS
Experience in blue / white collar environments with experience in multiple awards
