Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time Are you a HR Manager with generalist experience across various industries who is comfortable with a hands-on approach?

We are seeking an individual with proven experience as a generalist HR professional, demonstrating strong expertise in workplace, industrial, and employee relations.

About the Position In this role, you will blend strategic planning with hands-on operational execution to drive key initiatives that support our organisational goals.
Your focus will be on delivering impactful people initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness, build change management capabilities, and create a positive, inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
Some of the key responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day HR Operations Enhancing HR operations efficiency to support the company's goals Providing sound and timely advice to the executive team to facilitate strategic decision making Facilitating staff engagement and optimum people performance Ensuring policies, procedures and guidelines are best practice and enhance the operations of the business Serving as a representative of management in employee relations matters in external forums This role provides an outstanding opportunity for both personal and professional development.
You'll encounter a variety of tasks and opportunities, enabling you to leverage your skills and expertise to make a meaningful impact on the business.
This role is based in Darlington, south of Adelaide, and will occasionally require travel to remote project locations.
