Position Responsibilities: ? Effectively lead and develop the Human Resources team across Australia and New Zealand ? Engage with the business to implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience, simplify human resource processes and continuously optimise each phase of the employee lifecycle. ? Leverage workforce data to develop strategic insights to influence and inform business decisions, people priorities and workplace planning. ? Identify current and future capability and capacity requirements and develop solutions to address gaps. ? Provide leadership across a range of people programs including but not limited to culture, change, performance management, learning and leadership, payroll, reward, talent and succession management, and employee engagement. ? Ensure people processes (in particular, recruitment and selection, onboarding and learning and development) are aligned to best practice. ? Provide coaching and support to leaders in driving change and applying change management techniques. Who we are looking for: To be successful in this role, you will have: ? Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience ? Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key business partners. ? Demonstrated experience coaching, advising and influencing senior leader. ? Proven experience in managing and directing employees in a Human Resource environment. ? Proven track record in leading and delivering organisational change and providing change management coaching and support to leaders. ? High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts ? Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances and priorities. ?
