We are looking for a full time Human Resource Lead, based in their Hervey Bay Office (some travel to Maryborough), to provide effective and comprehensive advice on human resource matters; including interpretations of legislation / awards / agreements / policies and performance management to staff and management as well as supporting and leading a cohesive team culture aligned to the values.
