If you have experience in any of the following, we'd love to hear from you: Recruitment & Onboarding : Supporting end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding Employee Relations : Providing advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace compliance Policy & Procedure Development : Assisting with the creation, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures Performance Management : Supporting managers in the performance review process, including providing feedback and addressing performance issues Training & Development : Coordinating staff training sessions, workshops, and professional development initiatives HR Administration : Maintaining HR records, contracts, and employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Workplace Health & Safety : Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and contribute to a safe working environment Return to work Coordinating If you have a collaborative mindset, a passion for people, and a proactive approach to creating a positive workplace culture, this could be an amazing opportunity for you.
