Responsibilities:   Recruitment Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate employee records. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and provide support for benefits-related inquiries. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, assist with goal-setting and performance reviews, and provide guidance on performance-related matters. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, identify training needs, and track training completion for compliance purposes. HR Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, assist in policy development, and conduct audits to ensure compliance. Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRM systems. Awareness of industry best practices.
