The Role Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Asia, this is a key role which is responsible for driving the day-to-day on-site human resources function for the Bunbury operations. As a key part of the on-site leadership team, the Human Resources Generalist will provide human resources operations and business support, across four locations. This will include:
Payroll and benefits Recruitment (permanent and seasonal) Labor relations / agreements Employee welfare HRIS upkeep Training and compliance The Person To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:
