The successful candidate will possess a curiosity and drive for process improvement and efficiency, and a passion for learning.
Kirinari is a highly reputable and respected Human Services provider that delivers high quality services in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland.
Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme, MyAged Care, Dept Veterans Affairs, and Dept Communities and Justice funded customers.
We employ over 1300 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with significant job satisfaction.
This position is a full-time permanent position that will commence as soon as practicable.
About You   The successful candidate will possess: A qualification in Human Resources is highly regarded Demonstrated experience attracting and retaining talent A natural curiosity to ask questions Strong computer skills Strong business acumen Ability to think outside the box Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build a strong rapport with internal and external stake holders Excellent time management skills Ability to lead and influence others Strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution   Applications close November 29, 2024.
