```html We are currently seeking highly motivated and organised Human Resources professionals to work for a range of our clients across the Northern NSW region. If you have 1-5 years experience across any levels Human Resources we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Process and enter data into specific HRIS systems Coordinate employee training programs and ensure that all employees are up-to-date with required training Provide general support to the HR team as needed Provide base level HR advice to employees Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Qualifications: Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1+ years of experience in HR related field Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of HR laws and regulations Knowledge of HRIS systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Please submit an up to date resume and we will begin reaching out immediately to discuss more about the opportunities we have available.
