YOUR ROLE Join our Group People, Performance, and Reputation division as a Human Resources Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive HR support.
In collaboration with the Workforce Compliance team, you'll provide outstanding customer service, address queries, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Sydney). ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a HR role and relevant HR/Business qualifications.Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and supporting continuous improvement.Ability to interpret and understand relevant industrial awards, Enterprise Agreements and company policies.Advanced problem-solving capability with a critical thinking approach. Must be a team collaborator and able to follow through tasks proactively.Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.Strong time management and prioritisation skills.Applications close – Tuesday 10th December at 23:59 AEDT.
