Why you will be excited about this role:
As a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR administration services that support our team members throughout their employment journey. This hands-on role allows you to make a tangible impact by managing essential HR processes and ensuring all employment changes are handled seamlessly. Success in this role comes from your attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and a drive to enhance team member experiences at every step.
Key accountability areas include:
Managing the People inbox, ensuring all team member queries are directed and addressed promptly
Handling onboarding and offboarding activities to create a positive and professional experience
Managing employment changes and coordinating with external providers on employment contracts
Supporting the probation review process alongside leaders to ensure timely follow-up
Maintaining accurate team member records and preparing HR metrics to support reporting
Assisting with data reporting on HR metrics, employee assistance, and engagement survey results
This role offers a varied workload and a chance to be part of a collaborative People team that values proactive solutions and an employee-focused approach.
What can you bring?
As a qualified and experienced HR professional, you bring a strong foundation in HR administration with a passion for creating efficient, accurate processes. Your high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be essential to success in this fast-paced, dynamic role.
You will also bring:
HR acumen, with knowledge of the industrial landscape and Fair Work Act
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the initiative to research and complete tasks accurately
Proficiency in data reporting and systems, ideally with Chris21
A customer-centric mindset, alongside a great sense of fun and positivity
