This hands-on role allows you to make a tangible impact by managing essential HR processes and ensuring all employment changes are handled seamlessly. Success in this role comes from your attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and a drive to enhance team member experiences at every step.Key accountability areas include:Managing the People inbox, ensuring all team member queries are directed and addressed promptlyHandling onboarding and offboarding activities to create a positive and professional experienceManaging employment changes and coordinating with external providers on employment contractsSupporting the probation review process alongside leaders to ensure timely follow-upMaintaining accurate team member records and preparing HR metrics to support reportingAssisting with data reporting on HR metrics, employee assistance, and engagement survey resultsThis role offers a varied workload and a chance to be part of a collaborative People team that values proactive solutions and an employee-focused approach.What can you bring?As a qualified and experienced HR professional, you bring a strong foundation in HR administration with a passion for creating efficient, accurate processes.
