Job Type: Permanent position | Full time positionJob DescriptionThis is an incredible opportunity to be our new Human Resources Coordinator within the Launceston branch of a National IT Company.
Assisting Intuit Technologies Leaders and the HR Team towards becoming a best practice employer of choice, you will have scope to establish foundation HR generalist skills.
You will have a fantastic opportunity to shine, learn, and be challenged.The RoleThe Launceston based HR Coordinator will be responsible for:Performing HR foundation duties, maintenance and processing of the fortnightly payroll.WHS & HRIS administration.Coordinating the day-to-day HR tasks around administration and system maintenance.Managing personnel files, assisting with internal and external queries.This is an integral role within the business, and as such requires an individual who is trustworthy, and takes pride in internal customer service.
Attention to detail is paramount, and a positive attitude to all tasks, to ensure the right outcome is achieved.
No two days will be the same.This role will require:Minimum of 1 year payroll processing experience.Minimum of 2 years HR experience.Bachelor of Business majoring in HR.Reporting to the Head of People and Culture (based in Brisbane) you will be trained and supported within your role and set up for success.The PersonThe successful candidate will be a detailed, focused and enthusiastic HR Coordinator.
You will be working closely with the Microsoft Suite products so you will need to have an intermediate level of skills in Word and Excel.
A keen eye for detail and problem solving will be highly desirable.This is integral to your future career in HR.
Whilst you will have plenty of support, we cannot emphasise enough how important it will be to stay organised in this position.
The ideal candidate will need previous experience in handling multiple tasks on the go at any time.If you meet the above experience and skill requirements we would love to hear from you.
