This world-class mine seeking a motivated Human Resources Professional to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities include HR strategy implementation, IR/ER management, and fostering a value-driven culture. Permanent and 12 month Temp position available, would suit someone locally in the Bowen Basin or FIFO from Brisbane. Assist HR Manager in HR strategy and initiatives. Aid in Talent Acquisition, Retention, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development. Support in managing workplace and disciplinary issues. Coach and mentor leaders for culture improvement. Provide efficient HR services to stakeholders.
