We have an exciting 12-month maternity leave position available for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our HR team.
Location is flexible across either our Wivenhoe, Somerset or Gold Coast regions.

This is a true HR generalist role, with a large focus in the learning & development space.
You will be providing support across the full range of our HR function to support the achievement of the strategies in ETC's Workforce Development Plan.
You will also be required to develop strong working relationships with our HR team and our broader teams in the organisation, whilst embracing our wonderful culture that we have at ETC.
Who are we looking for?
A consultative and experienced HR professional who has the ability to 'hit the ground running' in providing guidance and advice to our team of managers and employees across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
With a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, you will have a high-level of technical knowledge and sound understanding in all areas of Australian employment law, excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and be confident in providing advice across all people related matters.
Our HR team is geographically dispersed across our locations in our footprint, so to succeed in this role you need to be highly self-motivated, ability to take initiative and comfortable working remotely with the HR team while forming positive and professional relationships with other teams.
You will need a current drivers licence as travel will be required across ETC office sites in Queensland from time to time and our Head Office in Coffs Harbour.
