Job DescriptionThe RoleReporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will have responsibility for supporting our Brisbane and Gold Coast offices encompassing the following:
Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and support staff, including developing and maintaining relationships with recruiters and conducting background and reference checks for applicants when required.Developing and maintaining position descriptions for all roles.Assisting with the coordination, development and implementation of staff training and learning and development opportunities.Coordinating employee meetings, including meetings during the probation period and performance review meetings.Contributing to the management of the employee life cycle from induction to termination.Maintaining accurate employee records.Facilitating performance improvement processes where necessary.Assisting in the development of the performance review system, competency framework, and career development pathways for all roles.Proactively assisting with the development and communication of HR policy and procedures, ensuring they are up to date with relevant legislative changes.Assisting in maintaining the online HRIS system (ELMO).Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive firm culture through strategy.Drafting of internal HR newsletter and other HR related communications.The PersonTo be considered for this position, ideally you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
