HR Coordinator Brisbane
The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team, based in Brisbane. In this role, you will provide essential HR support to leaders and employees, ensure smooth HR processes, and assist with key projects. You'll also collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive service excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all HR Operations activities, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery.

Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries from employees and managers, preparing correspondence, escalating issues to HR Business Partners when necessary, and tracking activity for reporting.

Coordinate the review and update of HR policies, procedures, forms, templates, and manage content on the department's HUB page.

Provide support for performance management, employee relations, remuneration, and benefits in collaboration with Senior HR Business Partners.

Contribute to the department's success by anticipating and responding to organisational needs in a timely and efficient manner.

About you

Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Officer, Administration, or end-to-end recruitment role.

Proven experience supporting people leaders and employees, ensuring effective and consistent management aligned with policies and procedures.

Demonstrated ability to assist managers and employees throughout the HR lifecycle, including during periods of organisational change.

Knowledge of current HR legislation and its application in the workplace to foster a high-performance culture.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Customer-service oriented, with the ability to enforce business processes in compliance with internal standards.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and employees.
