Human Resources Coordinator

Are you up for a challenging and rewarding full-time role in our Human Resources team?

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support across the employment lifecycle including recruitment, performance management and employee relations.

You will work closely with all department and management to ensure the confident delivery of quality and consistent HR services.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment and selection process including drafting job vacancy advertisements, posting on relevant job boards, shortlisting applicants, arranging and conducting interviews.
Coordinate job offers, preparing letters of offer and the onboarding process.
Ensure a positive applicant experience and a smooth transition to the SS&A team by collaborating with the HR team and department managers to schedule induction, training and ongoing support.
Coordinate and manage HR administrative tasks including maintaining records and files.
Assist to maintain relevant and current policies and position descriptions.
Manage on-site uniforms including ordering and stocktake.
Manage the offboarding process including exit interview and return of company property and equipment.
Oversee the performance review process.
Training and compliance coordination.
Identify and assist to implement HR improvement processes.
Act as the first point of contact for employees.
You will be a highly organised multi-tasker and team player with previous experience in recruitment and HR.
Your written and verbal communication skills will be exceptional, and you will have a positive and resilient approach.

Human Resources qualification and HR administration experience is essential.
