Kempe Engineering is currently searching for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-growing team based in Geelong at Kempe Engineering Head Office.Duties & Responsibilities

Human Resources:Prepare and issue employment contracts as directed by corporate in line with necessary approval processesOnboarding of new employeesMaintain a register of EA agreements and current pay rates for branch operationsCoordinate long term Workcover employees with insurer and return to workAssist with international visa sponsorship nominations (400, 482, 494)Generate HR reports for corporate managers as requiredAssist with HR issues and general administration dutiesPayroll:Process part of Group's weekly and fortnightly payrollPayroll leave coverage – process full Group's payrollTravel:Coordination of all domestic and international travel in line with company travel policies including booking air tickets, hire cars & accommodationReconciliation of travel expensesDesired Experience & Qualification

Certificate 4 in Business administration or equivalentExperience of working in an administrative support roleData processing experiencePackage & Remuneration

Salary package will be between AUD $80k to AUD $100kInterested?
