About You: Diploma or Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources Relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
Position Summary: This role is responsible for the efficient and effective planning, coordination and administration of all Human Resource functions.

Employment contracts Inductions Performance management processes Recruitment and selection Grievance and conflict resolution Development and negotiations Key Requirements: Applicable years of industry experience Effective at hiring and developing recruitment strategies General Human Resources Management Understanding of Benefits Administration Knowledge of Performance Management Effective at employee communication processes Compensation and Wage Structure Supports Diversity Ability to classify Employees Understanding of Employment Law & laws against sexual harassment/bulling Mature approach to tasks with attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and oral Excellent computer and software skills Strong training and coaching skills Job Responsibility: Contribute to the development, establishment, evaluation and implementation of the organisational strategic and business plans. Develop and implement organisational Human Resource policies and procedures under the direction of the management ensuring that they are correctly understood and applied by relevant staff. Participate in risk management activities that identify and control all risk/threats within the Human Resources area. Under the direction of the Leadership Team provide consultation, advice and support to staff in respect to complex work issues. Responsible for participating in the development of Unit Plans and the Coordination of a Workforce Development plan that promote the vision and values. Provide high level advice and assistance to the Leadership Team to plan and allocate the organisation's human resources in accordance with the organisation's policies and procedures framework, ensuring appropriate staff numbers are considered to support service delivery requirements. Provide high level advice and assistance to the Leadership Team to ensure the company is fully compliant with all relevant Industrial Legislation, Regulations and Agreements, excluding Workplace Health and Safety. Evaluate, review, maintain and enhance the human resources function to meet changing priorities and objectives by assessing, designing and developing administrative systems in line with appropriate management practices. Coordinate and participate in the review, development, and negotiations of various Enterprise Agreements, as required from time to time. Coordinate and participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of human resources management systems, i.e.
Job & Person Specifications; Annual Performance Reviews; Grievance & Conflict Resolution. Coordinate all recruitment processes in-line with relevant Policies and Procedures. Coordination of all employment contracts, new employee inductions, probationary reviews, flexible working agreements, volunteers, work experience students, poor performance and misconduct and employee existing processes. Participate in Human Resource and Organisational quality reviews, implementing actions as identified. Participate in accreditation and quality working groups and in audit and best practice programs as required. Assist in implementing auditing tools and processes and participating in annual policy and procedure reviews. Ensure the timely preparation and accuracy of reports, in relation to this position's area of accountability. Provide timely, expert information and advice on projects, programs and related processes managed by your position, to a broad range of internal external stakeholders. Fully understand the issues and exercise sound judgement when representing the Corporation, in particular with external committees and consultants. Acknowledge and report all compliments, suggestions and complaints to Management. Contribution to the well-being of people in the community through participation in local Counter Disaster plan and response if required. Job Functions: Recruitment
Job Benefits: Salary Range $71,000* - 88,000* Dependant upon skills and experience and this includes the 2023 Fair Work Increase of 5.75%.
