Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Michael Page. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality advice to senior leaders on employee relations, performance management, and related matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures.Provide advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters.Support HR initiatives such as training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisal processes.Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.Perform HR generalist duties as required.RequirementsPrevious experience working as an HR Advisor, ideally within professional services.Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.Ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, team members, and stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Tertiary qualifications in a HR or business-related field (ideal).What We Offer$80,000 - $100,000 + super, depending on experience
