You have impeccable communication skills and a deep commitment to excellence in service delivery.About the RoleIn this role, you will work within the People Central (HR Operations) team to deliver on UniSA's people strategy by providing exceptional customer service, advice and support via multiple channels including phone, email and digital channels, to staff and managers across the University.
You will provide a point of contact and resolution for the majority of day-to-day queries raised by leaders including contract management, industrial relations, performance management, remuneration and workforce planning.Essential Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline with subsequent relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in delivering professional HR advice and solutions to managers and staff in a large organisationDemonstrated ability to diagnose HR issues and to recommend and deliver appropriate strategies and innovative solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated commitment to quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvementBenefitsGetting a great job working with the best is just the start.
