As the HR Business Partner, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping people strategies across our multi-site veterinary network.
This dynamic position will see you managing the full employee lifecycle, leading change initiatives, and providing expert guidance on employee relations.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management: Partner with managers to oversee key moments in the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment laws and policies.
You'll play a trusted role in helping managers navigate challenges and build strong, engaged teams.Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health: Champion initiatives that promote mental health and wellbeing, providing resources and support to managers and teams to create a safe and supportive workplace.Policy and Compliance: Ensure that all practices comply with workplace laws, safety regulations, and company policies, proactively addressing potential risks and safeguarding the organisation.Driving HR Excellence: Act as a champion for VetPartners' culture and values, helping to build a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and supported.Skills, Attributes, and Experience:A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and change management.A background in multi-site operations and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including remuneration reviews and recruitment.Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.A proactive approach to fostering workplace mental health and wellbeing initiatives.Why VetPartners?At VetPartners, we're more than just a company – we're a family united by our passion for animal welfare and excellence in veterinary care.
