Job Description End to end management of an internal HR portfolio.Serve as a go-to for HR-related queries, providing informed guidance and support.Lead employee relations within your designated portfolio.Drive talent acquisition, retention and succession planning strategies.Actively participate in industrial relations matters.Ensure compliance with industry standards and employment legislation.Participate in company-wide projects, bringing an HR perspective.Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared organisational objectives.The Successful Applicant A successful Human Resources Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:
Prior experience running your own HR portfolio.Outstanding business partnering and teamwork skills.Proficiency in using SAP for HR management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability in both ER and IR.What's on Offer Up to $150,000 plus superannuation.Melbourne Airport location.Well known and respected manufacturing business.Free on-site parking.Flexibility post on-boarding.
