Your key responsibilities include: Driving operational HR across the entire employee lifecycleSupporting leaders with performance managementCoach and Mentor business leaders in effective people performanceExecute performance reviews and remunerationPartnering with business leaders in relations to ER matters from start to endTalent development and interpretation of award and legislation.Delivery of HR Projects around performance, engagement and succession planningTo be successful in this role you must: Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relation, or Business Studies essentialStrong HR Advisory/BP experienceHave strong interpersonal- and organisational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHave HR experience with influencing, coaching, relationship buildingAbility to prioritise workload and stakeholder expectationsExperience in negotiation and conflict resolutionAbility to seek out HR related projects and coordinate them to completionBe able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretionBenefits Flexible working environmentCompany benefitsHealth & Wellbeing benefitsCharitable benefitsIn return you will get to work with a great brand in a competitive industry.
