Reporting to the Group General Manager Human Resources, you will be responsible for partnering on a range of human resources processes and activities across three sites in New South Wales.
We are looking for a highly personable and energetic human resources professional who understands the true value of 'people engagement'.
In addition, you will have a strong background working within the manufacturing industry and be effective in supporting and creating exceptional outcomes in line with the company strategy.
About The Role
No two days will be the same where your duties will include but is not limited to:
Influencing and championing ABBE values to build and strengthen the culture
Manage and support talent through a robust onboarding program, on-site inductions and performance reviews
Be responsible for all aspects of HR operations such as renumeration, policy, well-being and learning and development
Offer expert advice and direction within contemporary HR, IR & Corporate Governance matters
Drive performance management processes to ensure continuous professional growth and development of employees
Work with the Safety and Return to Work Coordinator as part of our injury prevention program
Spearhead capability initiatives, workplace inclusive programs, projects and operating systems

The Successful HR Professional
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field experience (min 3-5 years)
Proven track record of delivering best-practice human resources initiatives and programs
Sound expertise in key areas of industrial relations, EBA, people and culture, learning and development, diversity and inclusion
Be an exceptional communicator (chameleon) with excellent leadership and people management skills
Proven track record of implementing innovative strategies that support the overall business objectives
Previous experience within the manufacturing industry
