They're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HR-BP) to play a pivotal role in driving effective HR initiatives and supporting business growth.

Role Overview
This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a proactive HR professional who understands the unique dynamics of the retail sector.
As the HR-BP, you'll collaborate closely with senior management to shape and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership : Work alongside senior leaders to implement HR strategies that drive business performance and support growth.
Employee Relations & Compliance : Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and HR policy adherence, ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry award rates.
Talent Acquisition : Lead recruitment efforts for key roles, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to secure top talent.
Development & Retention : Manage talent initiatives, including onboarding, training, and career development, to foster employee engagement and retention.
Organisational Change : Support organisational change, managing restructuring processes as needed and guiding teams through transitions.
Culture & Engagement : Drive initiatives to build a strong workplace culture, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.
About You
You're a results-driven HR Business Partner with a retail background and a strong foundation in HR practices.
You'll bring:
4+ years in a similar HR role within retail.
In-depth understanding of award rates and compliance with industry standards.
Proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
