They are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a minimum of six months.
Essential skills and knowledgeRequirements: Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related discipline preferred;Knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and the employment lifecycle;Knowledge of the State/Territory based employment-related laws with respect to long service leave and workers' compensation;Experience with HR policies, procedures and protocol development, and related employment driven matters;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, reliability and time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision making, presentation, and project management;Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes.Benefits: Macquarie Park based role in Sydney;Monday-Friday day shift (4 days in office, 1 day from home);Full-time contract role for a minimum of 6 months;Great opportunity to build your career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
