We're seeking a professional, engaging, and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner with strong industrial and generalist experience to play a key role in shaping a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Minimum Requirements Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
A Minimum of 5 years' of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and award interpretation.
Strong experience in supporting complex HR matters.
Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence positive outcomes.
Strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills.
