About the Role
This role is pivotal in fostering a fair, safe, and positive employee experience within the business they are supporting.

You will work with some of the leaders in the industry.
This opportunity fits best for a HR Business Partner who is looking to broaden their industry experience in the FMCG, including production, wholesale, distribution, commercial, and farms.

This role will be based in our new state-of-the-art office in Rhodes Quarter.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop a strategic plan to support their operational needs.
Provide expert advice to business leaders on award interpretation, policies, and legislations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Human Resources' strategic initiatives.
Drive the recruitment requirement of the business including guiding the business leaders in their workforce planning.
Resolve conflicts, employee grievance, and performance management.
Key Attributes & Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
Experience as a human resources practitioner in manufacturing/FMCG/Operations environment or a related industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity to successfully communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders across a broad socio-economic group and different cultures.
Experience with the application of employment legislation and industrial awards.
Working knowledge of HR systems is essential.
Ability to support system implementation is highly desirable.
