Our Client Woodside are currently seeking a HR Business Partner in Perth for a 12 month contract.Woodside are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Adviser to join our HR team, based in our Perth offices. The role joins our centralised HR Business Partner team, who will support across a range of portfolios and stakeholders.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and accelerationCulture programs to deliver and manage high performanceSupporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary mattersRegular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviewsChange management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformationLeadership development and succession planningThe successful candidate will be able to display:Degree qualified in HR or relevant degree (mandatory)Some knowledge of Resources / Energy sectors would be highly beneficialExperience within both Corporate and Operational environments would be highly regarded (but not essential)This role will be required to operate fairly independently so we are seeking someone with considerable demonstrated experience in HRExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to build high-trust relationshipsFlexibility - a portfolio is not set, so the person could support anything from operating sites to corporate functions.
