THE ROLE Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking an additional Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. Reporting to the Principal HR Advisor and based at our Head Office, this role will partner with Operational Management and the broader business to deliver valued HR support and outcomes. Responsibilities:

Coaching, mentoring and training leadership in HR best practice and legislative requirements
Delivering ad-hoc HR Projects and improvement initiatives
Supporting efficient case management including complex investigations, performance management and discipline proceedings
ABOUT YOU

Experience within mining, construction or maintenance services environments
Exposure to recognition, rewards and benefits programs advantageous
A true passion for teamwork and highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience in a HR generalist or advisory role
Current knowledge of the FWA and other employment related legislation
Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and delegate
