About the role: Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, the HR Business Partner will work closely with the management and leadership team as a strategic advisor, to align human resources initiatives with business goals within a shared service environment. The role functions involve:
Strategic workforce planning Managing employee relations Performance management Talent acquisition Leadership development Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws Fostering a positive workplace culture About you: You will bring considerable demonstrated generalist human resources experience including experience in the interpretation of employment legislation and expertise in employee/industrial relations. You have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field. You have high level knowledge and understanding of contemporary human resources practices. Your experience will demonstrate a sound understanding of procedural fairness and its practical application.
You bring excellent interpersonal skills and experience in liaising with employees at all levels, including external parties. You have an ability to develop highly effective working relationships, build rapport and partner with employees across all levels of the business. Having a high level of integrity and confidentiality goes without saying!
