An opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused HR Business Partner who thrives on change, pace, projects and workplace relations to join our Laverton site.
Our new team member will partner with the Head of Manufacturing and their site leadership team to deliver our Supply Chain People Agenda. Reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for driving the HR agenda for Laverton as per our Supply Chain 2025 People Plan, which aligns to the broader People and Corporate Affairs Strategy. The Senior HRBP will be based at our Abbotsford site, and there will be requirements at times to support our iconic Abbotsford Brewery with people activities and projects.
As a true Business Partner you will be expected to partner to develop solutions at a strategic commercial level, and provide operational HR support on the ground where required. The role has a diverse range of focus areas including:

A relevant HR or business-related degreeExperience partnering in a large, complex and matrix organisation with large scale change and transformation projectsProven ability delivering people centric projects or cross-collaboration projects across industrial relations, change, talent, DEI, working with respective COEs to deliver our people agendaTrack record of building good relationships and credibility with business leaders based on solid commercial and operational understanding and an ability to identify business needs and go beyond just delivering defined HR solutionsSound familiarity with good HR specialist disciplines and how to best leverage these – ranging from talent management, recruitment, performance management, organisational development and design, compensation and benefits, to learning and development facilitationExperience in FMCG or Supply Chain and Manufacturing is preferred but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
