The Role: As part of the APEM group establishment in Australia, the newly appointed HR Director is looking for a talented and experienced HRBP to be an essential part of the HR team.

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll be at the heart of strategic HR, coaching leaders, and building a culture of engagement and performance.
With a mix hands-on execution and big picture thinking, you'll create a foundation for scalable processes, measure HR impact, and enjoy collaborating and building relationships with every level of the team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Generalist advice and support to our business units acting as both trusted counsel and an agent of change.Implement HR initiatives to support organisational growth and success.Coach leaders and managers to develop their leadership capabilities.Enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, high-performance culture.Lead change management initiatives with a focus on communication and stakeholder engagement.Improve HR operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with best practices.Ensure process compliance with employment legislation and manage risk.What You'll Need: 4+ years' experience in a HRBP or similar role.Robust understanding of employment relations matters and employment legislation, with depth in Modern Award interpretation.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience and understanding of HR technology and systems.Proven experience in leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills.Experience working within a matrix environment will be viewed as advantageous.Apem Group Values: Integrity | Quality | People | Forward Thinking | Positivity | Fairness
