About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP is the go-to expert for all things people-related. You'll be providing strategic guidance and operational support across the Institute, driving initiatives that promote a psychologically safe, inclusive, and engaged work environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves to be hands-on, providing end-to-end employee lifecycle support—from recruitment to onboarding, and from development to recognition.

Qualified HR Professional: You bring a degree in Human Resources (or related field) and a minimum of 4+ years in a similar HRBP role.Communication & Facilitation: You're known for your ability to connect with people at all levels and communicate complex concepts with clarity and empathy.Problem Solver & Collaborator: You thrive in a team environment, but are equally comfortable working autonomously to make things happen.Driven by Quality & Compliance: With a solid grasp of employment legislation, you ensure the RAIA remains compliant and forward-thinking.Perks of the Role:
