Human Resources Business Partner

A manufacturing business based in Deeside is looking to recruit HR Business Partner to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture and working closely with the Junior Operations HR BP , this position involves executing and implementing an aligned people strategy across the UK. Duties include:Closing with the Head of People & Culture and HR Business Partner to ensure the business has a robust HR function.Partnering with leaders and managers on all people matters and support on all HR matters including selection & recruitment, performance management, absence management, communications, employee engagement on developing HR policies.Developing senior managers to deal with their people-related issues and overview all ER cases.Direct site support as required project work.This is a lovely business which is going through a change and growth, and it is an exciting time to join this business.
