Salary Range: $126,414 to $139,051 plus superannuation (based on skills and experience)

About Us Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs).

About the Role As a Human Resource Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in fostering positive organisational culture and supporting key HR initiatives across a portfolio of schools and ELCs.
Reporting to the Senior Officer of People and Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior management in providing strategic guidance on performance, workforce planning, leadership development, talent management, change management, and business improvement.
In this generalist role, you'll coach and mentor school leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness, manage complex cases, lead investigations, and support a consistent approach to Health & Safety.
