If you have strong generalist HR experience, thrive on variety and enjoy traveling between locations, this role is for you!Your key responsibilities will be:Drive and implement best practices in HR processes and programs.Offer consulting advice on various industrial relations, employment, and HR matters.Support line managers in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing capabilities, and increasing employee engagement.Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, projects, and procedures at a site level.Coaching and supporting leaders by clarifying issues, presenting solutions and implementing change.Work with allocated departments to understand their business needs and drive a high performance, high capability culture.To be successful in your application, you will ideally possess:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.Practical work experience in a HR generalist role.Thorough understanding of applicable Australian employment laws.Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling successful relationship building.Strong attention to detail, effectively managing time, planning, and evaluating tasks.Ability to take initiative and resolve pending issues.High level of computer literacy, data management and systems oriented.What Next?Does this role sound like the challenge you are looking for?
