Position Summary The purpose of the role is to provide human resources support to all employees.
This generalist HR role will be the backup role for the Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities Employee Relations (ER) (Workplace relations) HR Policy and Procedures Recruitment, selection and onboarding Learning & Development Change Management & Employee Value Proposition Workforce Planning Administration Internal Relationships Operations Managers, Supervisors, employees HR and Admin Manager Finance – e.g., cross over in relation to remuneration and benefits, Workers compensation claims etc.
