The role The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with our Concrete, Aggregates & Masonry (CAM) businesson a range of employee and industrial relations matters, as well as be responsible for supporting the implementation of key People and Culture projects and initiatives.Based in Stapylton, QLD and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will partner with business leaders across the CAM business.The role will work in partnership with the wider People & Culture Team to leverage group offerings, expert knowledge and experience and provide insightful and constructive solutions/ideas on key initiatives.This important role is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, supportive, and inclusive team who have an unwavering passion for supporting our people, creating our 'One-Adbri' culture.This is a full-time, permanent role that offers flexible work arrangements.ResponsibilitiesPartners with the CAM leaders and other operational leaders to understand their business and workforce needs and challengesCoaching and offering guidance to leaders on HR mattersDevelops and implements solutions to enhance employee experience and performanceActs as first point of contact for escalation and resolution of HR queries, issues and requests from internal and external stakeholdersSupports leaders with accurate advice on employee mattersConduct end-to-end complex case managementParticipates and facilitates Enterprise Agreement re-negotiationsDelivers programs at a divisional level in alignment with Group organisational plans and priorities.What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in related field and or/tertiary qualifications in HR or similar highly regardedA track record of achievement in a generalist People and Culture business partnering capacityPractical experience with enterprise bargaining negotiations and industrial relationsSignificant experience with managing complex Employee Relations and case management issuesStrong organisational skills with the ability to multi-taskAdvanced communication, coaching and influencing skillsAbout usAs one of Australia's largest construction materials companies, we supply the cement, lime, concrete, aggregates, masonry products and industrial minerals that build a strong Australia.With a portfolio of respected brands that operate from over 200 locations, we consistently deliver outstanding products and services to our customers.
