About the Role As our new HRBP, you will play a key role in partnering with our WA Leadership Team to enable sustainable business performance and drive positive employee experience outcomes.
You will also play a key role in evolving our ways of working and delivering HR initiatives and service improvement projects which support implementation of the Workskil People and Culture Strategic Plan.
Ideally our new HRBP will be based out of WA however we are open to having the role based out of SA with travel to the west every 8-12 weeks.
About You You will be an experienced HR practitioner, ideally having worked in a business partnering capacity supporting a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
You'll have runs on the board when it comes to delivering tangible and sustainable HR solutions and can effectively advise, consult and coach leaders to build their capability and support consistent, transparent and commercially sound decision making.
To successfully deliver in the role you will have: The ability to work at both a strategic and operational level, knowing when you need to lean in and support day-to-day matters while balancing the need to work on strategic initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to consult and influence people and business outcomes.
Sound critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
A partnering approach which focuses on trust, transparency and consistency of advice with your stakeholder group.
A demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned to broader business outcomes yet tailored to the needs of your specific client group.
A strong understanding of relevant HR legislation (particularly EEO and Industrial Relations).
An understanding of what good looks like in the HR field and the ability to apply new ways of thinking which support improvements to the employee lifecycle.
