Human Resources Business Partner

Catholic Education SA are looking for a proactive HR professional with strong advisory skills to join our team! As the HR Business Partner, you will provide high-level advice and support to our schools and offices on a wide range of HR matters. You will work in our People, Leadership and Culture Team to deliver quality and responsive services across our organisation.
This is a two-year fixed term contract position. 
Key Responsibilities:Partner with school leaders to provide timely and responsive advice on a broad range of HR matters ensuring compliance with our EA and other industrial instruments.Contribute to the delivery of best practice HR/IR frameworks and tailored solutions.Support staff employment, performance, and change management initiatives.Contribute to ongoing enhancement of HR systems, procedures, and processes.Assist in the development and update of HR information resources, policies, procedures and guidelines.  About youStrong HR advisory skills with previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and enterprise agreements.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.A proactive and flexible approach with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.University qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
