Job Description Build trusted relationships with business leaders (Global Leadership Group-3) for their respective customer groups across Asia Pacific that enable the creation of an HR Operational Plan that outlines the key priorities to focus to achieve business results while aligning with CSL's One HR imperatives. As a senior member of the Squad, the position holder is expected to bring forward people solutions and deliver on the day-to-day management people processes, programs and initiatives that drive forward business outcomes and contribute an exceptional employee experience. The Sr. Mgr. HRBP creates and maintains an engaging work environment within the Squad and role models as an HR ambassador by defining and communicating a compelling and values-based work culture amongst their client group.
