Human Resources Business Partner (12month)We're seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team, partnering with stakeholders from frontline operations to senior leaders. If you're passionate about building strong relationships and driving HR initiatives, this role is for you. In this role, you'll balance business-as-usual HR activities, cyclical HR tasks, and project work, supporting the business to achieve its objectives. Your day-to-day will involve:
Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding and coaching leaders to enhance their people management skills.Driving and implementing both global and local HR strategies to foster a high-performance culture.Managing key processes like performance reviews, talent cycles, and the annual salary review.Collaborating on workforce planning, employee relations, and development initiatives.Leading efforts around DEI, employee engagement, and community partnership initiatives.What You'll Bring Commitment to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture.Enjoy being proactive and taking initiative—if there's work to be done, you'll find it.Love engaging with teams across all levels of the organisation, from operations to the senior leadership team, and building trust with stakeholders.Have a knack for problem-solving and navigating challenges in a fast-paced, complex environment.Ideally come from an operations background, giving you an edge in understanding the business needs.Committed to continuous improvement and excited about being part of a high-performance HR team.If you are excited about the role and think you have what it takes but your experience doesn't align 100%, we still want to hear from you.
