Join Our Team as an HR AssistantContributing essential administration duties to an entire employee lifecycle.Work as part of a supportive team environment within the luxury retail industry.Salary: $65-70k + Super 14 Month FTC Bonus Upon Contract CompletionAdministration:Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including seasonal drives and NSO's.Manage onboarding via Workday and maintain job descriptions and contracts.Facilitate job changes, terminations, and promotions on Workday.Develop workforce solutions and streamline processes, updating Organization Charts as needed.Ensure adherence to Australian Labor Law and HR policies.Leverage support from the rest of the team for more complex issues.Implement best practices and stay updated on legislative changes.Support special projects and coordinate P&D reporting and administration.Assist with internal phone calls and general HR inquiries.Employee Relations, Engagement & WHS:Provide guidance on policies, employment conditions, and performance management.Escalate to team members when necessary.Ensure compliance with work health and safety standards.Proactively engage with employees to align support with business strategies.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and administrative proficiency.Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.If you are passionate about HR and eager to make a difference, apply now and be part of our dynamic team dedicated to professional growth and employee development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
